In certain types of cases Contingent Fees are available. In criminal cases, OWI and Litigation, hourly fees are available or reasonable flat
fee arrangements can be offered, that contain earmarks that specifically state the work that will be done on your case, and what the case will be.
I try to be as reasonable as possible in order to provide a high level of service to the client. I generally do not like the fee arrangement to be
something that gets in the way of the Attorney/ Client Relationship.
